Welcome to!A subreddit for all of those who love the Total War series. I'd like to see the Navy finally buckle down and invest in Tie Defenders. Fighter pilot survivability and experience is crucial to defeating the rebel threat in space. On the ground, the most glaring weakness is in combined battle. Integrating Imperial army combat air controllers and establishing better links between armor, infantry, and reconnaissance assets should go a long way towards utilizing existing assets more effectively. Accuratizing the blasters could hurt either. Economically, spending big money on big assets is a proven failure, spreading the wealth to improve force mainstays it critical.

Finally, all darkside provided cookies should be snicker-doodles. Rekindle Imperial shipbuilding efforts with focus on very fast response times and precision orbital bombardment through the use of a contingent of Star Destroyers operating from remote bases around the galaxy.1.Spies, bounty hunters or scout droids confirm rebel activity.2.If the intel is deemed reliable a Star Destroyer with full readiness will jump in from the closest remote base.3.Blast the site from orbit and deploy squadron of TIE craft to do a dive run on the site.4.No ground troops or dogfights, go to lightspeed before rebels can call for help or muster any defenses.5.Repeat. As far as units?.Hochland Long Rifles.Knights Panther.Knights of the White WolfHeroes?.Master Engineer.Metal WizardCampaign?Oh lawd where to start.

Something like Avelorn’s Ulthuan mechanic but for the Empire would be good to see. A revamp of the offices so that they’re actually useful. The addition of more landmarks to Empire provinces. Seriously, the Empire should rival the High Elves for number of unique landmarks.

Reworking Helmgart into a gate province like the High Elves have. Playable Boris. The only reason I don't like that idea is because it leaves Bretonnia out of the picture. Castle Montfort is Bretonnia's version of Helmgrat. They both protect their respective sides of Axe Bite Pass. They're both massive fortifications but if anything Bretonnia's is probably more defended and better built because it's an old dwarf fortress. It wouldn't really make sense to give the Empire a gate there and not Bretonnia.

It's already a bit off that Montfort doesn't block the pass like Helmgrat does. What's funny is SFO and a few other mods have most of those already. I don't remember if it's part of SFO or another mod I was running, but there's public order and other bonuses-drawbacks based on how much of the Empire is owned by Imperial factions. There's also an option for 'Imperial Peace' meaning that the Empire states don't war with each other. It's fun playing that way with Karl Franz because it forces you to travel to fight enemies of the Elector Counts to build sway and confederate the Empire.

Saints row the third missions. I don't think the Empire will get anything of note for their armies, a lot of the stuff people request fill gaps that are meant to be empty; it'll probably be a campaign focused rework. With that in mind:-More effects for the office lords-recruiting certain units from specific areas (handgunners from Hochland, for example) will give those units recruited special buffs to represent the specialties of each Imperial territory. This could also be done like the blessed spawning system, but instead of missions there's a cooldown for units and you can only recruit them if you're in the right province.-Better confederation system, or just straight up copying the politics system from Rome II. The Empire is as much managing politicians as it is armies, and the whole 'corrupt, inattentive leaders are responsible for why stuff is starting to fall apart' is a pretty big part of the Empire's theme.-Playable Boris-new start positions-Don't make me attack Kislev, god dammit-Something for diplomacy between the Empire and other Order races. The alliance with the dwarfs is a pretty big deal, lore wise, and I'm pretty sure all you have in game is a non-aggression pact.

I wouldn't want them rail-roaded into being allies, but something to represent them having strong ties with the dwarfs (and weaker ones) with the elves would be nice.
